Speaking to few beneficiaries of the free fertilizer, one of them has this to say “the free fertilizer support is a good thing to help farmers but they came late and also the quantity involved was not enough to cater for all farmers”. This beneficiary therefore indicated that, he would be happy that subsequently, the fertilizers would come earlier than the time they were receiving it so they can use it at the right time.

According to the Ada West District Agriculture Director, Mr. Daniel Tetteh Ajesiwor, each beneficiary was to receive one bag of the fertilizer.
